Mr.
Aleman is the President of F.R. Aleman & Associates,
Inc. He possesses over 40 years of experience
in Transportation, ITS, Construction and Civil Engineering.
He oversees nearly one hundred and fifty of the Firm’s
contracts and is responsible for the overall business
development.
He
holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of
Miami. Mr. Aleman is a registered Professional Engineer
in Florida and Arizona, as well as a Certified General
Contractor in Florida. He has been a guest speaker at
several professional seminars sponsored by ITE, ASCE,
Universities and International Organizations. Additionally,
Mr. Aleman is an active member of the following Organizations:
ASCE, ITE, ITE’s Council on ITS, and the Association
of Cuban Civil Engineers. |

Ms.
Aleman joined FRA in 1994, bringing over 20
years of experience in PD&E, Planning, Statistics
and Traffic Operations. She directs all Program
Management and Marketing activities for the
Firm.
She
holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University
of Miami and a Masters degree in Business Administration
from Florida International University. Ms. Aleman
is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida.
She has been a guest speaker at several seminars
sponsored by ASCE, Society of Woman Engineers,
Women in Science & Engineering, and Annual
Career Day’s at local Universities and High
Schools. Additionally, Ms. Aleman is a member
of: ASCE, ITE, and the Association of Cuban Civil
Engineers.

Mr.
Kiboko joined FRA in 1992, he has over 25 years
of, “diverse and well rounded experience”
in Design, Planning, Traffic, Transportation and Statistics
related projects. He is responsible for the quality assurance
and management of numerous projects for the FDOT, expressway
authorities, several counties and municipalities throughout
the State. Mr. Kiboko routinely achieves nearly perfect
scores on all the contracts he manages namely for the
FDOT.
He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University
of Dar-es-salaam in Norway, and a Masters in Civil Engineering
from the University of Miami. Mr. Kiboko is a registered
Professional Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations
Engineer in Florida. |

Mr.
Yazdani is in charge of firm’s CEI and Special
Projects divisions. He joined FRA in 1988, after
serving three years in the public sector with the
City of Orlando, Bureau of Traffic and Transportation
Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience
in the field of CEI, Construction Management, ITS
Design and Implementation, Traffic Engineering,
Traffic Operations, Design and Implementation of
Computerized Signal Systems (UTCS, Closed Loop)
and ATMS’. Additionally, Mr. Yazdani has extensive
experience in construction scheduling, claim/delay
prevention and analysis.
He
holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University
of Central Florida. He possesses certifications
and/or has attended special training in the following
areas: Closed Loop Traffic Control Systems Operation,
170 Controller Operation and Software, 2070 Controller
Operation and Firmware, FDOT Concrete Inspection,
IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level I & Level
II, Construction Contract Interpretation, Nuclear
Density & Nuclear Gauge Safety Officer Training

Mr.
Gatell joined FRA in 2002, after serving 18 years as President
of Fernando Z. Gatell PLS, Inc. He has over 50 years of
experience in the field of engineering, surveying and
mapping most of those in the managerial-ownership position.
At FRA, he directs and supervises all survey and mapping
operations for the company.
Mr. Gatell holds a Degree in Surveying, and is a registered
Surveyor with the State of Florida. He taught Legal Aspects
of Surveying at Miami Dade Community College, and was
a member of an Advisory Group for Engineering and Surveying
for Miami/Dade Community College for over 15 years. Mr.
Gatell is a Life Fellow member of the American Congress
of Surveyors and Mappers, and the National Society of
Professional Surveyors. Additionally, he was the Past
President of the Miami-Dade Chapter of Florida Society
of Surveyors & Mappers. |
